Our home is set amid a half acre of beautifully landscaped grounds. Flowers and fruit trees attract hummingbirds and parakeets. The house itself is a simple two-story structure.
The upper level consists of two bedrooms and a modern, tiled bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, wall fan, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are adjoining and a sofa in the living room converts to a full-size bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a standard gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and potable water. A BTL Telecard telephone is also available. A large sun deck with hammocks overlooks the sea.
The lower level is one bedroom with a hot-water bath. The private bedroom has air conditioning, a full bed, and a stand fan. The living room, dining room, and kitchen adjoin. A sofa in the living room makes into a full-size bed. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, table-top stove, pots, pans, and dishes. A covered sitting area outside overlooks flower gardens and the sea.

A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
