Sunset Pointe condominiums sit at the southern most tip of the peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides. Who wouldn’t like to wake up to the sunrise on the Caribbean Sea or fall asleep to the sunset over the lagoon and the distance purple range of the Maya Mountains without ever leaving your condo?? This is indeed the best of Belize.
Sunset Pointe condos offer a large open floor plan with West Indies style architecture and every room opening onto an outside porch. There are only four units per building. Each upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units has 1,674 square feet including the covered private porches; plus optional loft area.
The common area of each building includes 234 square feet of breezeway on each floor and 140 square feet of observation deck on the third level.

- Spacious two bedrooms, two baths units with porches that overlook the Caribbean Sea on one side and the spectacular Placencia Lagoon and Mayan Mountains on the other side.
- Swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
- 225 ft. sea wall on the lagoon side with private safe dockage for your boat. This is the southern most point on the Peninsula with immediate access to the Caribbean Sea.
- 100 ft. viewing dock with slips for six boats at entrance to the lagoon.
- All tile bathrooms with hand-painted Mexican sinks. Master bath has garden tile tub.
- Saltillo Mexican tile floors throughout.

- If a cancellation is received in writing before 60 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus $50.00usd cancelation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
