White Sand Villa is completely screened. Sorry, no air conditioning – with the cool breeze coming off of the sea there is no need.

Overlooking the famous Placencia Sidewalk, once known as the narrowest street in the world, White Sand Villa is conveniently located just a short stroll away from everything Placencia Village has to offer – restaurants, stores, tour providers and village night spots. White Sand is just “up” the sidewalk from the Placencia primary school, a stone’s throw away from Placencia’s famous beaches and is in one of the village’s quietest neighborhoods. The perfect spot to get the real feel for “village life”.

For reservation: 3 nights minimum required and 5 nights at peak time

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

If a cancellation is received in writing before 45 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus a $50.00 usd cancellation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
