The Yellow House is easy to remember
and easy to find. Known as a "five-star backpacker"
accommodation, they cater to budget travelers
by offering cozy, sizeable rooms at affordable
prices. Rooms are large with fresh and pleasant
decor, private baths, hot water, ceiling
fans, verandah garden view, hammocks, microwaves
and refrigerators. The four rooms have different
size beds, from doubles to even a king size bed
for those tall travelers! Two of the rooms can
communicate which make a great space for family
or small group of friends. A peaceful, home away
from home for the travel-weary.
Located in the center of Placencia village, on
the famous Placencia's sidewalk, walking distance
to shops, tours, restaurants, bars, only few yards
to the best beach in Placencia village.

- The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If a cancellation is received in writing before 60 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus $50.00usd cancelation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
